The location of the villas is convenient for exploring nearby towns and sandy bays. the villa itself is spacious and well-equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a clean bathroom with a shower over the bath. the accommodation offers a homely and comfortable atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home.

The on-site shop could be better stocked with essential items.

Lovely location with a very well presented property. All mod cons included in the rooms.

We had a little difficulty locating the key upon arrival as ther was no one in the reception building, but after asking in the pub we found the safe but still had no code to get in, but there was a phone number on the safe we could ring and all was soon resolved, but this could have been avoided if the code had been emailed out prior to our visit.

This was very good value considering the high standard of the facilities and the location along the north Cornwall coast where other options would be a lot more expensive. Everything was clean and comfortable. Check in instructions were clear (for key pick up, as there was no one in reception when we arrived - but we had been told what to do in this case). Overall, a good choice, even my notoriously fussy father in law liked it.

There was no signage in St Merryn when coming driving the Padstow to Newquay road, so we had to stop at the local service station to ask for directions. I think there is better signposting when approaching from some other directions.

Well-planned villas, lavish amenities, excellent layout, great wifi.

Fabulous for a family. Kitchen was well equipped and the store and indian takeaway on site helped with managing a family holiday. Pleny of bedding and the bedrooms were of a good size. The drive into Padstow is beautiful and quite easy to manage. We would definitely come back

Clean, modern house in a secluded area of a holiday park. Fully equipped with all necessary amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher, and free Wi-Fi. Great location with beautiful star-gazing windows and a lovely shop on-site. a great value for money stay.

Neat easy to look after villas with everything to hand , it was clean and had a light modern interior.

Not too keen on the site. It was a mixture of other let properties belonging to another group.thought it might be a bit more exclusive.

The location was perfect for exploring St Ives and Padstow. Ample space, clean towels, and well-equipped kitchen. Off-road parking was a bonus.

Modern, well equipped & comfortable family accommodation. Close proximity to a number of good beaches. Plus a well stocked shop on site, and Indian restaurant, making catering that bit easier...

Resort would benefit from having a kids playground.

Theres was no one on available on arrival. The villa hadnt been cleaned before we arrived, quite a few items were missing

We stayed at Bay Retreat Villas for 2 nights while travelling between St Ives and Padstow. The spacious bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen were perfect for our group of 4 adults and a teenager. The provided linen and towels were clean and plentiful, and the walk-in shower was a great bonus after a day at the beach. The code provided before our arrival made check-in seamless, and the off-road parking was convenient. the modern and clean villa offered excellent value for money.

Do recommend this hotel.

Lots of beautiful coves within a short drive plus Padstow on its doorstep giving you a super spot to wine and dine.

Great new build property but when its windy the main bedroom windows in number 14 whistle like a steam train...................Beware!
